Fixed a heating issue with the dual control heating system on our Ford Ranger Truck. Very quick, efficient and excellent pricing. Then a week later, after getting my Vauxhall Corsa out of another garage after 3 weeks, the car died again and the guys at the Plough Garage had it fixed within 10 mins (lucky that I work next door) or could have been stranded! Again sterling service and couldn’t ask for more, so much so they will get all of our business going forward. Highly recommend.

Would never look anywhere else! Had an engine management light appear on my dash, they fitted me into their busy schedule the same day. I would strongly recommend the maintenance team here
I took my S Class 320Cdi in to have the turbo fixed. They removed it the same day and I then had it refurbished (at a sixth of the cost of a Mercedes part!!) and the garage stored my car for over a week whilst the work was done.
On return of the turbo they re-installed it the same day, tested it and did a short oil service.
The price was reasonable and the service excellent. They will be my go to garage for my other cars.

Having been recommended them from a mate, I visited them whilst on the hunt for a new car for my parents. Not only did they cater for her every needs (a soft top – suitable for retirement – and in her price range) they also ensured that the vehicle was perfect for her to drive away with that day.

The customer service is exceptional. I dealt with both Chris and Clayton who were both friendly and knowledgeable.

Part exchanged my Focus Estate for a Honda CR-V. Excellent low mileage car with full service record. Both Simon and Chris knew the car’s history and were able to answer all my questions. Decent length test drive and shortly after a deal was struck. Car was ready on the agreed day for pick up and was presented in top order. Felt like picking up a brand new vehicle! A couple of minor glitches cropped up subsequently (intermittent driver’s door auto window closer problem and blocked rear screen washer). Booked in promptly and all issues resolved under warranty without any fuss. Courtesy car provided. Great comunication and feedback from Glen and the Service Team. Great service from start to finish. After sales support was trouble free too. There was a minor issue with brake judder as a result of rust on the discs, however the guys rectified this very quickly with no questions asked.

We purchased our car here and did annual service also here every year. They are definitely worthy recommended to local people as well as people around. Although we moved out to new area we still go back each year for the service as the trust built in.

This garage is under new management. I took my Range Rover Vogue in to have a new wing mirror fitted. The mechanics checked my levels and topped them up. I collected my car which had been cleaned. Very efficient service. Friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend.

Had both my cars service and MOT at the Plough this week and am beyond impressed by the team and quality of work.

I was offered a courtesy car while the work was being done which was great. The guys in the service centre kept me up to date with what they were working on etc and within 2 hours I had a phone call saying they were ready to collect. When I got back to the garage they had even cleaned the cars for me too !!

I have had two cars looked after by the guys here and service and value have always been great. I recommend trying them for any repairs you need done.

I had been looking online for a Mercedes E350 for 6 months when the right one came up at the Plough Garage, went along for a look and got a no presure test drive. it’s a 2010 in very good condition for the year and drives great, no issues .

The sales guy Paul was excellent and I would recomend them to any of my freinds In future if they have the right car, and I want to upgrade, I would go back without hesitation.

The Plough do an excellent job keeping my tempremental vehicle on the road. They are always happy to pick it up if asked and, if delivered to them at short notice with a snag, always cope admirably. They have previously not charged me for work done with “no fault found” on a squealing brake, even though in examining it they inadvertently fixed the squeal. Top marks!

I dealt with Paul & Nick, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They have an excellent set up @ The Plough, Paul had a coffee waiting for me for my appointment which I joked about on the phone beforehand, he remembered I said I wanted a coffee waiting for me! No pressure on their approach which I found refreshing. I cannot reccomend these guys highly enough.
